Shipping & Delivery



We ship using USPS ground. The shipping cost is based on the amount spent and is calculated automatically by our PayPal shopping cart.

Delivery time on most orders is 1-2 weeks because most items are made to order. As soon as your order is received, we will email you an approximate delivery time. Some orders may be back ordered due to high demand. Grape Country Candles can not be held responsible for products lost in shipping!

Special Instructions & Comments



If you have any special instructions or comments concerning your order, please click the "Add special instructions to Seller" link during checkout. A text box will appear and you can include your comment there. If you already placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible (make sure to include your name and receipt number in the comment).

Sales Tax



Sales tax for purchases shipped within the state of New York will be added at the rate of 7.5%

Returns



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise within 7 days from the date you received it for either a refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately, so we are aware of the problem.

We recommend sending any returned merchandise via insured/trackable US Mail, UPS, FedEx or other carrier. Please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (please note that shipping costs can not be refunded).
